Gert is a civil engineer and senior project professional with experience across infrastructure, industrial and construction environments. Throughout his career, he has worked from multiple perspectives within the project lifecycle, including client, engineering consultant and contractor roles, giving him a broad understanding of both project delivery and project organisations. His experience includes managing complex projects with total capital investments of up to €450 million, overseeing CAPEX portfolios of up to €180 million, and leading multidisciplinary engineering and project teams. His focus combines hands-on project leadership with stakeholder management, organisational improvement and the development of more structured, effective ways to manage projects.
